Source-led route

This article records the official RAID: Shadow Legends fallback settings for a PC setup that needs troubleshooting. It does not claim a measured FPS gain, a universal best preset or lower latency. RigCircuit has not performed a local benchmark for this draft.

Evidence

Confirm the official PC baseline

Plarium's current support page lists Windows 10 version 21H1 or newer, or Windows 11 version 21H2 or newer, 8 GB RAM and a DirectX 11 or newer or Vulkan-capable GPU for Windows. System and Device Requirements[1]

The same source states that RAID can be played on personal computers. These requirements establish whether the PC is in the supported environment. They are not a buying recommendation and do not predict a particular frame rate.

Evidence

Use the official lower-demand path

For older devices, Plarium instructs players to open their Avatar, select the Options tab, set Graphic Quality to Medium or Low and set the Frame Rate Limit to 30 FPS. The same sequence appears in the official loading troubleshooting article. Official troubleshooting[2]

Official control Official fallback value Scope
Graphic Quality Medium or Low Suggested by Plarium for older devices
Frame Rate Limit 30 FPS Suggested by Plarium for older devices

These are sourced fallback values, not RigCircuit test results. The article does not claim that they solve every loading issue or make every PC stable.

Section 03

Apply one change at a time

  1. Record the installed build, Windows version, GPU driver, resolution and current options.
  2. Open Avatar, then Options, as described by Plarium.
  3. Change Graphic Quality first and reopen the same game area.
  4. If further troubleshooting is needed, set the Frame Rate Limit to 30 FPS.
  5. Keep notes on the change and restore the previous value if it is not preferred.

Do not combine this process with registry changes, unofficial tools or unverified configuration files. This Setup path stays within the documented in-game controls.

Section 04

Separate support guidance from a test result

The official guidance is intended for older devices. It does not state an FPS improvement, a latency result or a preferred setting for every desktop PC. A future field-tested update may compare values only after RigCircuit records the hardware, build, driver, scene, duration, repetitions and raw evidence.
